Component function:
1) The product (pill,tablet,capsule etc)that you want to count is feed into the feed bin.Then Operator can be observed through windows inside of feed bin.
2) The bin stopper is adjustable,and control the flowing of product is from Feed bin to vibrator plate.
3) The vibrator device is composed of three vibrator plat-Front plat,Middle plat and Behind plat.The function of three plats effectively separate among products to form the stable flowing of product.And the dusting device is equipped under the flowing detecting and vibrate device.The dusting device sucks the flowing dust through the finely carved and screen hole.
4) When the product flows through Detecting(Sensor or Counting device),Detecting(Sensor or Counting device) can count the number of product.Rail separator and isolation device can be divided into 12 rails.Every rail can be counted by Detecting(Sensor or Counting device)
5) Detecting(Sensor or Counting device) is composed of 24 rail-valves that can be controlled.The product is got by every rail-vale after counting.
